Why are all of your prices on your website inclusive of V.A.T.
We now show all of our prices including V.A.T. following requests from our customers.
We are frequently asked do I have to pay V.A.T?
Yes is the short answer , we have to charge V.A.T. to everybody
New house builds can claim V.A.T. back from H.M.Customs and Excise
All orders are sent with a V.A.T. Invoice to enable V.A.T. registered customers to claim back the V.A.T. content. |
Do you have a showroom with the fittings on display ?
Yes , we have a large showroom with over 1000 light fittings on show.

Do you have the items I want in stock ? and when can I have them delivered ?
We aim to stock all of the items show on this site , if we are out of stock we will advise you of the manufacturers estimated delivery date.
For items in stock we aim to despatch your goods the day after receiving your order , we only use "next day " delivery carriers , options are available for AM deliveries .
For customers in Essex we deliver next day on our own transport subject to the order being over £100.00
Please be advised that all delivery dates are estimates based on information given to us by the factories` and can be affected by forces out of our control.
As a majior account with the majority of the lighting manufacturers in the UK we receive weekly bulk deliveries, and so you should not have to wait too long for you backordered items.

Can you advise me on the lighting I need ?
Yes, our expereinced staff are always happy to give advice on selecting the best light fittings for your home, either over the phone or face to face in our showrooms.
Customers often find it helpful to visit our showrooms as you can view over 1000 light fittings at your leisure.

Returns
Here at Lightstore we want you to be happy with your purchase , the best way to make sure you get the light fitting that suits you is to visit our showroom ,where you can see the fittings on show.
Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations, when you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods. This applies to all of our products with the exception of items we have had made to order for you , or have been specially ordered from the manufacturers , at your request. Where goods are delivered to a third party, you will only be able to cancel the order if you can return the goods you ordered to us. All goods must be returned to us promptly, unused and in resaleable condition, at your cost. Any refund owed will be credited to you when we receive the goods. If you need us to collect an item from you, we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £50.00). You will be notified of the fee at the time of cancellation.
Please contact us first quoting your Invoice number before you return products you do not require.
